NCGUB Applauds Initiative by MPs-elect To Bring Change in Burma
NCGUBは率先をMPs選ぶビルマの変更を持って来るために称賛する

The Special Adviser to the UN Secretary General, Mr Ibrahim Gambari, will be visiting Burma again in the upcoming weeks. In anticipation of the end-July talks on Burma in the United Nations and because of the expected visit of Mr Gambari, Members of Parliament-elect in Burma have sent a letter to Mr Ban Ki-Moon, urging the UN secretary-general to make sure that the United Nations was not "siding with the dictators" and forcing the people of Burma "into an untenable position".
連事務総長への顧問、イブラヒムGambari氏は、次の週以内にビルマを再度訪問する。 国際連合のそして氏のGambari期待された訪問のためにビルマの7月末の話を予想して、メンバーはの国際連合が"ではなかったことを確かめるように国連事務総長をせき立てている氏にBan Ki-moonビルマで送った手紙を議会選ぶ; dictators"との味方; そしてビルマの"の人々を強制する; 維持不能なposition"に;。


Given that people with dissenting voices are relentlessly hounded for persecution and arrest by the Burmese regime, the National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma (NCGUB) wholeheartedly applauds courageous MPs-elect for trenchantly stating their position with regard to the role of the United Nations in achieving national reconciliation and democratization in Burma.
反対の声の人々がビルマの政体によって迫害および阻止のために無情に追跡されること与えられて、ビルマ(NCGUB)の連合の国民の連合の政府はビルマに於いての国際連合の役割に関して痛烈に国民の和解および民主化の達成の位置を示すために心をこめて勇気があるMPs選ぶ称賛する。

As an institution comprised of Members of Parliament-elect in exile, we, the NCGUB, express our solidarity with our colleagues inside Burma and stand as one with them in reiterating our firm position that we do not recognize the Burmese generals' illegitimate constitution which was passed through fraudulent practices. We also reaffirm that in the interests of the people who voted for us, we will not surrender our legitimacy by participating in political processes derived from that constitution.

We also share our colleagues' concern about the lack of progress toward democracy and human rights despite the endeavors by the UN Special Adviser and fully support the call by the "Group of Friends of the Secretary-General on Myanmar" that Mr Gambari's next visit needs to yield "tangible progress on the issues of concern to the international community, particularly with regard to the resumption of dialogue between Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the Government, the credibility of the electoral process and the regularization of engagement with the good offices of the Secretary-General".
